> Instructions for Payment at ICAME 2023

The full face-to-face registration fee covers attendance on the sessions of the conference and of the school: the participation at the welcome reception and coffee breaks during the conference. The conference bag, abstract book and certificate of attendance is also included in the registration fee.

Reduced rates will be offered in due time for the students and the retirants. Their registration fee also covers the same items as that of the full face-to-face registration fee.

Accompanying persons may participate at the welcome reception after payment of registration fee. The accompanying person registration also covers the coffee breaks during the conference. The accompanying person should inform us who you are accompanying with. 

The on-line registration fee covers attendance on the sessions of the conference and of the school, certificate of attendance and the electronic abstract book.

We are negotiating the possibility that in the face-to-face registration payment for researcher, student, retirant and accompanying, lunches during the conference and conference-dinner are already included. We will confirm this later.

The invoice will be sent by email within 7-10 working days after the online payment was done. Please contact us if you need it urgently.
