The venue

Medellín, capital of Antioquia department, has a pleasant climate of around 24°C; The city is located in the center of the Aburrá Valley, in the Central Cordillera Mountain range, and the Aburrá Medellin River runs from south to north. Offers modern transport systems like Metro and Metro Cable an efficient infrastructure which has allowed it to host world-class events such as OAS and IDB meetings. Located in a valley surrounded by mountains, this city is always friendly to visitors.

The event

The research facilities of the Unviersidad de Antioquia (SIU) has an auditorium for 200 people that will host the “VI International Conference on Malaria and other blood Parasites of Wildlife.

You can arrive by Metro or Metroplus (connected with the metro system). If you are on Metro line A, get off at the “HOSPITAL” station and if you take the Metroplus you get off at the “Chagualo” station, you can walk to the event site (it will only take between five and ten minutes).
